Outside of three-star raids, Lapras Wearing A Scarf encounter is also rewarded for the completion of the event-specific time-controlled research tasks that are available during the water festival. The conclusion of time-controlled research will also reward you with 50 Garados Mega Energy, 1000 XP, 1000 Stardust and a Dewpider encounter.
