The workout usually includes cardio exercises like running on a treadmill or using an elliptical machine. He also does weightlifting exercises to build strength and endurance. After his workout, Bezos takes a shower and gets dressed for work.

During his commute to work, Bezos usually listens to audiobooks or podcasts related to business and leadership. This helps him stay updated on the latest industry trends and gain new insights.

Afternoon Routine
