March was a fantastic month full of development items, continued use cases and more mainstream media picking up DigiByte and its benefit in the larger ecosystem. There has been a lot of hard work being put in by the DigiByte community and it is a sight to see! Thank you to all of you and let’s keep pressing forward.

Milestones/News:

1.NowPayments has put out an article for DigiByte community merchants. Worth a read if you are open to accepting different forms of payment.

2.Developer Renzo Diaz continues to amaze with his work on DigiID, Ledger and DigiAssetX. The community appreciates all his hard work and effort.

3.Community member Olly Stedall has released a DigiByte price app. You can check out more details here and support him by testing it out.

4.Investopedia, which is a major news source has listed DigiByte as an honorable mention. It is wonderful to see larger information sources discussing DigiByte.

5.ChangeAngel, a huge supporter of DigiByte, has released a mobile wallet on Android and iOS as another way to store your digital assets. They are also using DigiID to login in to enhance security.

6.DigiCorp Labs is making progress on their development roadmap and Yoshi Jaeger is leading the way. Lots more to discuss in Q2.

7.Michelle Dougherty of the DigiByte Alliance found great article that highlights the censorship resistant properties of various cryptocurrencies such as DigiByte. She also did a presentation on DigiByte to her Boston Blockchain group. Great way to spread the word!

8.NowNodes has released a guide on how to access their ecosystem with nodes and blockchain explorers with DigiByte.

9.CoinRabbit discusses a few of the advantages of using DigiByte as collateral on their platform. You can read more on their website.

10.Community member Fingyz posted an infographic that shows the true nature of how global the DigiByte community is. Wonderful to see this.

11.Various community members were on a podcast discussing NFTs, DigiAssetX and DigiByte. It is awesome to see other folks stepping up and educating.

12.Utrust released a Medium article on the benefits of accepting crypto payments. DigiByte is on the Utrust platform, so this is great exposure for anyone considering implementing additional methods of payment.

13.The DigiMetaVerse show feature Jared Tate and Weynand Kuijpers. Great discussion on decentralization, DigiByte and many other topics.

14.Lifehash, which utilizes the Bitcoin and DigiByte blockchains has released their evidential chain. You can learn more about this on their blog post.

15.DigiTide has shown how easy it is to swap from other digital assets to DigiByte. Another great resource and it is nice that their team is continuing to update their platform.

16.The DigiByte Wiki page needs updating. Calling out all community members that would like to help. Please contact Laura Taylor for more information.

17.DigiCorp has announced that LCX is ready for a POC agreement with DigiThree. LCX will be using DGMV Authenticator which utilizes DigiByte technology.

18. A big thank you to the DigiByte Alliance and all the developers for supporting and testing the Coinbase Rosetta Node Server and API. Lots more to be done, but a huge milestone.

19.DigiByte’s Scrypt algorithm was listed amongst the most profitable POW in a Benzinga article. More mainstream exposure!

20.Coinomi just released that their wallet fully supports DigiID for secure and anonymous login. This is a wonderful use case and additional layer of security for users.

21.Jared Tate has released a new update video on 8.22 and where things stand. It has been a long process, but well worth it. Tons of updates, testing, changes, etc.

22.DigiByte Developer Gary has made the DigiByte core wallet available as a Snap for the Linux OS. Another great option!

23.DigiByte developer Yoshi Jaeger will be doing a video discussing all the updates going on with the development side. If you are interested or have questions, chime in on his post.

24.The DigiByte Foundation will be focused on open source innovation and continuing DigiByte core development. It will be interesting to see how the restructure unfolds over time.
