One of the solutions everyone, including you seem to be skipping over is better funding and reporting by the journalist of secondary studies so we can have a prove set a facts that over come any p-hacking and publish bias claims. This issue been covered by John Oliver in his segment about the problems with research. But the real problem is that there is no solution because people will always look for information that reconfirm their beliefs so until create a black list of sites that can’t be shared through social media and email the problem will continue because people will look for and share fake news so they can prove they are right.
