Senior Customer Insight Analyst

One of the world’s most exciting and market leading eCommerce companies are hiring someone to take responsibility for conducting detailed analysis across customer reporting, consumer segmentation, campaign analysis, CRM optimisation and cross product optimisation.
The company, who were founded in 2009, are pre IPO and have been heavily featured in the National press (Sunday Times, Telegraph, The Guardian etc) in their lists of high growth companies to watch out for in 2014.
You will be responsible for conducting deep dive analysis in order to understand and monitor key factors that can improve and shape CRM, customer loyalty and segmentation strategy, driving the business forward. Day to day, the Customer Insight Analyst will:
- Strategically and proactively drive the business by identifying weaknesses and opportunities for product and revenue growth based on data, presenting finding succinctly and clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Understand customer segmentation and build cross product optimisation models which promote the multi-product offerings and drive the single customer view.
- Understand the customer journey and identify key areas to enhance the customer experience, reducing churn.
- Track marketing campaigns and promotional activity success by conducting post campaign analysis and optimising future campaigns based on the results.
- Hands-on experience working with Business Intelligence and Big Data tools (e.g. PLSQL, Business Objects, data cubes, Proclarity or similar)
- Proficient in writing queries using SQL.
- Ability to deeply understand the customer in order to help continually improve the customer experience.
- Good understanding of Online customer behaviour and behavioural analysis.
- Experience with Marketing related analysis including customer segmentations, campaign analysis and costing.
