Republishing the Security Audit Report for DigixDAO contracts

We just wanted to assure and remind the public that DigixDAO contracts will always go through a thorough security audit prior to live deployment. Our CTO, Anthony Eufemio, is an IT security consultant by trade, and prioritises security above all else.
