It’s funny how we often know what to do to achieve a goal but how rarely we take action. My guess is that human beings have a time-related cognitive bias. What if we had a much deeper capacity to evaluate the time needed to tackle a task? That would probably help a lot.
I so agree with that. When you hide something or you’re ashamed of something you did, it sucks up so much of your energy! It’s really important to be confident and it’s much easier when you feel ok, on an ethical level, about what you do.
You’re right. Too many people fantasize about the medium ignoring the really important thing: the message or the information. Hence, communication is flawed because we aren’t listening but observing the landscape.
