Current Boston unit operates on two drivers, 1 franchise owner and 3 Restaurants (Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean). Franchise owner is the manager working 3 hours a day setting schedules for drivers, supporting customers through wechat, interacting with restaurants through online tools and resources. Average daily order is 50. Wholesale dinner package price $25, restaurant supply price $19.50, driver paid 3 hours at $20/hour. Franchise owner earns estimate 50x5.50–20x3x2=$155/day, 155x22=$3,410/mon, 3,410x12=$40,920/year. Franchise value calculating with 25% cap rate is $163,680.
