Breathe to Be
I developed this technique in the mountains of Korea
It would be impossible to explain how incredible it feels practicing this valuable skill only minutes ago. In fact, if you want to know the secret then pretend we’re in Vegas because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
All you do is breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth like normal meditation exercises suggest. Meditation tells you to think about your body; the limbs and organs you have to justify your existence. Now, that is all very easy once you get the hang of it, especially the first time.
About 15 minutes in, the heart rate will seem to parallel with your inhale and exhale actions. Notice how you wait for your heart beat to beep at the same time you inhale and even exhale…Well, instead of doing that focus on trying to breathe in after the beat. Immediately, you’ll be surprised to find you feel comfortable and calm in your chest area. This is because you have decided to take action through inaction, or within yourself.
Many people talk about doing rather than trying, but in this experiment you have to do the opposite. Now that you’ve done that. Try doing the same with your exhale. Basically, between each beat inhale and exhale. Almost effortlessly, you realize you are you within your body. You feel sane, love, joy, happiness, and positive growth in you again. You won’t be sure what to do now, except keep going. That’s the point.
