This is awesome, thanks for sharing. I take a couple core things away from what you said if you’re applying this to building a brand/product. Consistency and Transparency are key.

Consistency that a company will meet/exceed expectations and do what they say they will. Transparency in communicating when you made a mistake, transparency in what your intentions are, and transparency in what you care about.
