Wow. What an insightful, well researched and masterfully written article. I was “hooked in” right away, entertained from start to finish and I even became emotionally invested at some point.

So, I was truly sad about how disappointing the conclusion turned out to be. As in, I was rooting for the author and his perspective so much, the lack of resolve was…well, just a huge bummer.

Yes, clickbaiting is low. And sure — people will sink pretty low to make a buck, especially on the Internet. But what else is new? Where’s the resolve? How can news outlets combat these would-be-journalists? Or how can readers avoid being baited?

Basically…What’s your point?

I mean, before the election it was “lose 10 pounds in 10 days”, “learn 12 languages in a month,” “make $400,000 a year from home,” etc. We’re all aware, we’re all victims and we all hate it. You’re obviously a talented blogger who’s invested in the issue — give us a way out.
Or just give us a fresh though in the form of your delightful writing style.

I felt like I was waiting for my favorite dish, at my favorite restaurant and I could already smell it… but it just never comes. Sure, the atmosphere is enchanting and the breadsticks are delish, but I’m still hungry…(hope that makes sense.)
