The Virtues of Matthew Mercer

I think that Matthew Mercer is an amazing dungeon master. There are two main factors, in my mind, that make him amazing. The first being that he is able to use very descriptive verbs and adjectives when speaking about their situation. This makes the campaign enjoyable and interesting to listen to. The second reason he is a good dungeon master is that he can switch from role playing a character to speaking normally in the blink of an eye. These transitions are seamless and you can barely tell they happened (which is a good thing).

Mercer makes the campaign interesting by using his descriptive words and unique voices and complete knowledge of the story. He can spit back something you might not have caught in a split second, showing his memorization of their campaign.

All of these qualities make me think that Matthew Mercer is a great dungeon master.
