I decided to go through the fire in order to survive, I wanted to jump so many times. I didn’t. But I am not sure if I could do it again. People on the edge of the suicide are silent heroes and shoulde be understood as such.
To understand suicide you unfortunatelly have to experience it.

This is so true and so real and so emotive and powerful, Tomo.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and for letting yourself be vulnerable like this. I haven’t personally been on the edge of suicide, but many times, I’ve worked with clients and stayed with friends who were and I’ve seen what it’s like first hand, which is what led me to write this post. Stay witnessing, stay wondering, and stay writing, man.
