Tryouts are here (at least for AZ)

And here are my final three tips that will play a huge part in your performance over the next three days!

  1. FUEL your body correctly! Breakfast, make sure that you don't reach for a Pop Tart or skip it all together! If you don't eat breakfast, you are going to lack energy and stamina! Lunch, don't eat anything that is going to weigh you down or have adverse effects on your body, keep it light and clean!
  2. HYDRATE!!! As little as 2% dehydration will significantly diminish your performance!
  3. SLEEP!!! Tryouts are very taxing on your mental and physical! Your body and your mind need sleep in order to repair itself!
