Thanks for the response, Chris! I’m glad you’ve found value in my work. In regards to your question, I think brand would be best served to focus their efforts on removing layers that cause friction in the customer experience. One way to do this would be focus building relationships with consumers on platforms that users enjoy using and but also have a commerce component — like Pinterest, Amazon and possibly Facebook. As you may know from my previous posts, I’m not as bullish on Facebook in regards to commerce as I am on other platforms.
