Not sure a good answer, but seems to me meeting with much smaller groups in informal settings where everyone can talk, contribute and get to know one another is a good start. Not to say we need to stick with set numbers but I like the idea of no more than 10–12 people who meet when convenient in homes or restaurants where we all feel comfortable and can enjoy real fellowship.
