Great Advice! I suggest adding one related element — find experts, customers and others who experience making, selling, buying or using those products. Then, listen to them. Pay attention. Ask questions. Don’t expect them to have the answers to what a better product should be, but they will help you understand what is and isn’t available today, what people are really using those products for and where there may be room for better, faster, cheaper…
