Georgians, the wait is over. Starting today, DoorDash is now delivering in Atlanta, bringing food from your favorite restaurants and more directly to your door. At launch, we’ll be delivering to most of central Atlanta, including Midtown, Buckhead, Virginia Highland, Little 5 Points, North Druid Hills, Emory, Georgia Tech, and Edgewood… and we plan to expand that area in the weeks and months ahead.

More than 100 restaurants across the city are already available for delivery, including local favorites like Flying Biscuit Cafe, Fresh To Order and Ru San’s as well as national chains like California Pizza Kitchen and Gordon Biersch. As we continue to sign national partnerships with companies like Taco Bell and 7-Eleven, we’ll bring delivery from these brands to the region as well.

Atlanta marks DoorDash’s 18th major metropolitan market, and we currently deliver in more than 250 cities around the country. As a Georgia native and a Georgia Tech alum, I’m proud to be working with DoorDash to empower local businesses in the Atlanta area with on-demand delivery and logistics technology, while helping to create new jobs in our local community through restaurant personnel, our team of Dashers, and the staff in our Edgewood office.

Delivery fees in Atlanta for the next month are just $1 with no minimum order. Most orders arrive in under 45 minutes so get started now by downloading the DoorDash app for Android or iOS or by visiting our website at www.doordash.com.
