How? If you don’t have that many people go through the activation you can’t get to optimizing the engagement. Or you’d think you have optimized engagement, but when you get some people to try it they won’t like it, then you’ll go back to the drawing board.

I like the idea but I don’t think it’s so easy to separate the steps.
