Hi Velisren, that’s interesting. Next time your sister gives you a compliment, maybe try to reflect straight away on how you feel and what you’re thinking in response, perhaps by writing it down. I find writing in my journal and untangling my own thought patterns is often as good as a therapy session, and way cheaper!
