Today, due to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the federal government, the telemedicine platform has received a huge boost which was missing until the hit of the contagious coronavirus crisis.

With Medicare expanding 100% coverage for all telemedicine visits and telemedicine/telehealth services now addressing to all the Medicare beneficiaries by phone as long as video facility is available; a change has been seen in the entire healthcare industry.

In fact, the flexibility in various billing regulations and insurance companies for the hope of a seamless medical billing process have lead to an immediate increase in not only the DME products and services everywhere especially the CPAP machines but also the telemedicine platform too.

Moreover, with the American Medical Association’s (AMA) providing a guideline on telemedicine/telehealth coding and billing using CPT codes; covering for remote patient monitoring, telehealth visits, telephone evaluation, and management services, etc; making the telemedicine platform further profitable.

Engaging in the unchartered area of telemedicine platform, today more than half of the healthcare providers are opting for the telemedicine services in order to triage patients with the care they need.

Helping with the support and access that healthcare practices need for both physical and mentally unwell patients, the telemedicine platform not only helps in improving the quality of patient care but also ensure a faster solution; observed a renowned psychiatrist Dipak Nandi, while serving on the coronavirus patient & administering mental health treatment.

Being the new emergency service platform emerging from the COVID-19 crisis, today the platform not only helps in reducing the cost but also eliminates the long waiting time; helping patients with a more active care and treatment solution.
