School district branding, marketing, and showcasing student achievement is becoming a definitive need for school districts. While the field of education is a publicly funded arena, school districts are responsible for building their brand and promoting their positive achievements. This is done through a variety of social media platforms, such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc., to name a few. In addition, the integration of the technology standards to utilize these social media platforms for student learning is another use that is gaining momentum in classrooms.
