One of the most crushing symptoms of depression is the temporary loss of meaning and purpose. My goal is to give you hope that meaning will be restored…because it will.

Feeling a lack of meaning is a dangerous mentality to inhabit for too long because your decision-making ability suffers.

That’s why it’s so important to have the support and resources to get you through until meaning and hope are restored. Essentially, you’re outsourcing some of your hope while trying to take good care of yourself.

You need to know that meaning does return! You just have to weather the outage of meaning until the emotional storm passes.
