Don’t Over Think It… Just Do It

Can we agree that procrastination is the destroyer of progress? Has there ever been a time when you have a great idea, potentially a life-changing idea, and you never did anything with it? And possibly, not in the so distant future, you saw someone realize your dream. You shockingly, even perhaps, angrily exclaimed, “Hey, that’s my idea! I thought of that!”

Someone somewhere else in the world may have the same notion as you. The deciding factor is which one will act upon this epiphany first. I do realize that you may need to conduct research in order to make an informed decision. This is a good practice, but you cannot allow procrastination hiding under the guise of “waiting for the right time” to derail your destiny. Do not over think it.

You will delay decisions until you feel confident to take a leap of faith. You will convince yourself that you are being cautious and your patience will be rewarded. But eventually, your inaction will lead to sincere regret. It doesn’t have to perfect in order for you to get started.
