HOW TO SET AN INTENTION FOR SUCCESS IN 2016
“In order to move the mind forward, we must first understand the journey that our heart has taken” -Dr. Romie
THE IMPORTANCE OF REFLECTION
Where are you right now? Moving at the speed of light to wrap up the New Year?
I am sitting in reflection this last week of 2015 looking back at my personal, spiritual and professional journey. In non-medical and non-yogi speak, I am assessing if my goals, intentions, and resolutions for 2015 became a reality.
How about you? Do you even remember your “word of the year,” resolutions, or goals for 2015? Are you ending the year doing a Happy Dance or hiding under the covers?
I’d like to invite you to join me in my three step process of creating resolutions and goals that will work for you.
I am sharing with you a three step process based in brain science, psychology and mindfulness. Working through this process, we set meaningful intentions
The three steps are
Let’s look back at 2015.
What did you accomplish in your workplace? What blessings did you receive in your personal life? Write down this list before you do anything else
Next who are the three to five people who supported you
What presented a challenge for you in 2015? Did you run into an obstacle in achieving your goals? What lessons did you receive from these challenges?
Once we have given gratitude for our blessings and received the valuable lessons, we can clearly understand what our heart desires. When we lead from the heart, even in business, we are leading by our instinct, truth, and wisdom. This is how we set intentions and goals for 2016.
I believe in you.
I believe in your dreams.
Now allow me the honor to show you how to start believing in yourself.
In happiness and in health,
