Fear blocks our perceptions, miscolors our view, corrupts our hearts and betrays our dreams. It destroys our health and the health of those in our circle.
To put fear aside and see only what is there frees us from our regrets and past trauma, giving us a gift of existence.
It allows us to progress.
To decide.
We get into now by practice. Be mindful. See only what is there. Hold that desire mindfully and see what happens.
