Free-to-play

All new players entering the game will first receive 1 character and 1 type of Kart (racing car) by default to be able to experience the game. These players can participate in all game modes in the game including PvC, PvP and tournaments will get experience points (EXP) players accumulate test points which will help to level up their account. When reaching a certain level, players will unlock new characters and types of Kart. These new character types and Karts are NFTs, players using NFTs to participate in game modes and they will be able to receive $KART tokens, POINTs and other items to upgrade characters and their karts. However, these free NFTs cannot be traded on the marketplace, players can only use these default NFTs to participate in modes and receive rewards. This is considered a Free-to-Play mechanism for players who do not spend money in the game can still earn money from the game.

How to make money in the game

Using Free-to-Play mode in the game will take a long time for users to earn money, so they can spend a small amount of money initially to buy NFTs on the marketplace. Using NFTs purchased on the marketplace will allow players to Play-to-Earn right in the beginning of the game.

When winning races or completing daily tasks, players will receive rewards including $KART tokens, POINTs and in-game items. In addition, players can get more valuable rewards through the Rank system. This is a system that allows players to compete against each other and rank through a points (ELO) system, with those who share the same ELO coefficients meeting in matches. Investors holding $KART tokens can join the project’s DeFi ecosystem through staking and farming to increase the return of their investments. At the same time, DragonKart builds a rental and lease mechanism for NFTs traded on the marketplace. There will be 2 types of NFTs on the marketplace.

First: NFTs are characters, Karts (racing cars) and items in the game. These NFTs’ owners who don’t have much time to play the game will rent out those NFTs. Profits will be achieved through an agreement between the lessor and the tenant. The project will only collect the default transaction fee for this form and not interfere with the rental form between the two parties. So with this form, it can support players who have small capital to be still able to participate in the game and earn from the beginning. Besides that, it also creates business opportunities for NFT owners in the game.
Second: NFTs are racing maps in the game. Players can rent or buy these NFTs on the marketplace for their use, the NFT map will allow owners to create their own contests, rewards mechanism and collect participation fees.
