Five of the Dopest 2015 Samples

“In music, sampling is the act of taking a portion, or sample, of one sound recording and reusing it as an instrument or a sound recording in a different song or piece.”

I know I’m not the only one that gets super excited whenever I hear the song that a popular song sampled. Some are easy, for example, Say It by Tory Lanez sampling Brownstone’s If You Love Me. But, music nowadays contains tons of samples to songs we’ve never even heard of. After looking up some of my favorite songs of 2015, I found that some of the songs they sampled were dope too (not sure why I was so surprised).

Enjoy! — @dresquiat
