Roll Through Zen Gardens in our new AR Game ‘Orbu’ — available on the App Store
Dream Reality Interactive are a group of talented Augmented and Virtual Reality developers with a pedigree of making immersive experiences that amplify the world around you. The core team, including myself, previously worked at Sony’s London Studio where we developed Virtual Reality (VR) experiences such as PlayStation VR Worlds, Augmented Reality (AR) games for the PlayStation Wonderbook Series and included AR elements in the world famous Singstar franchise. Earlier this year we announced our first VR title Hold The World, an interactive experience in association with Sky, Factory 42, The Natural History Museum and Sir David Attenborough.
We are now thrilled to launch our first AR experience Orbu, coming to the App Store for iPhone and iPad. It’s a fun game with engaging slingshot mechanics. Players can transform their surroundings into beautiful Zen gardens and embark on a journey over ever-changing seasons, guiding the Orbu creatures — Tanuki (raccoon dog), Noko(turtle) and Konkon (fox), through a series of obstacle courses, leading them to their spiritual homes. It’s fun to move around the play areas, feed fish and find hidden secrets in this challenging yet relaxing game.
It’s a really exciting time for AR, and we can’t wait for you to try Orbu and tell us what you think. The first three chapters are now available on the App Store.
