An Open Letter to Governor Rick Snyder

Dear Governor Rick Snyder:
We are writing on behalf of dozens of Flint families that will be traveling to Washington, DC to hear your testimony in Thursday’s important Congressional hearings on the Flint water crisis. We are requesting that we have an opportunity to meet with you while you are in Washington, DC.
Five Flint families will be in Washington, D.C. from Monday, March 14 through the day of your testimony on Thursday, March 17. We will attend the Tuesday morning hearing “Examining Federal Administration of the Safe Drinking Water Act in Flint, Michigan, Part 2” where your former Emergency Manager will testify.
Many families still have questions and concerns that remain unaddressed and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these issues with you, along with what we learn at Tuesday’s hearing, while we are in Washington together.
