Love the writing here. As a married man in his 30’s who was once a young man in his 20’s involved in startups, I think it’s not necessarily a male/female thing, but an immature-young-man thing. Sustainability, context, community, long-term — these are all far more appealing to me than “crushing it.” The dominant narrative in Silicon Valley is being written by immature young men who are seeking the one night stands of entrepreneurship.
