Dunshire: Driven to do better

If you’re a homeowner of the Dunshire community, I predict you are either (a) frustrated; (b) angry; (c) concerned or (d) all of the above.

I bet pay your HOA dues every month, and but have been wondering for years why the same problems in our community seem to never go away. Problems like lack of parking spaces, pot holes, trash bags without cans, illegally parked vehicles, grass cutting, snow removal, water drainage — and here’s the kicker:

WHO to even CONTACT and file a complaint or concern about these issues?!? So let’s start with the last issue first: If you’re looking for a representative from the Dunshire Board to convey your concerns or questions in person (yes, with a real person in the community), you can contact the following staff depending on the issue:

For Budget & Contractors: Bryan Shepherd, Dunshire HOA President

For Property, Lots & Landscaping: Richard Foot, Dunshire Vice President

For Dues & HOA payments: David Caplan, Community Association Mgmt.

Despite the challenges we see around us in the Dunshire community, this outreach effort is one of many steps to improve our experience as a homeowner, because going forward, we are driven to do better.
