dunzo is my make-shift boyfriend. Not that boyfriends are gophers. But you know what I mean.
I was at a friend’s house when she told me a really cute person came to deliver ice to her during a house party and they insisted he party with them.
That’s how I was introduced to dunzo.
And once I realized I could use it for business… there was no stopping me.
I run a custom made clothing studio, and the vendors I need to visit own tiny stores that sell needles and buttons and stuff, and I didn’t think dunzo would be able to figure out the locations. So I went on a dunzo run. I took pictures of stores and areas around them to make it easy for their partners to get to the stores.
So I raised a task. And it worked.
When I’m PMSing and I don’t want to walk to the store to buy pads, or I crave ice cream or something, I can just dunzo it. It’s… liberating. Normally, I’d have to ask someone else to do this for me. It allows me to stay independent.
Before dunzo, life was a lot of running around. It’s more efficient than even doing the tasks myself, because I can’t imagine being in all those places at the same time.
Earlier, my tailor would tell me — madam, I asked you to do this yesterday. Now, he also says — why don’t you dunzo it.
If I had a message to give to other people, I guess it would just be to get creative. Explore the depths of what dunzo can do for you.
I honestly think they’ve spoilt us too much. Be patient. Remember that someone is on the other side trying to get your task done as best as they can.
All my friends make fun of the fact that I dunzo everything, so on my birthday, they dunzo’d me gifts from different parts of the city.
You can’t put a price on that.
