Is that Herbalife as I have just started using it?
After my email recently about the lad who was taking the shakes I got this question via Snapchat
Just read your email and was wondering was that Herbalife as I have just started using it?
I told her it actually wasn't but that she should be jacking the Herbalife anyway as they all much of a muchness
They are just filled with crap and even if they weren't, there is just no excuse for living off shakes
Even good quality Protein shakes shouldn't be overdone
There is loads of nice, good quality food out there for us to get all we need
I would say to anyone that 6 to 8 weeks of good quality food and good quality workout's 3 to 4 days a week should be everyone's starting point and then take things from there
Of course after those 6 to 8 weeks they will realise the great power in doing things that way and be converted for life
9 times out of 10 this will be the case, there's always that 1 person who ya can't talk to of course!
She was very happy to hear this info now rather than waste time and money finding it out 6 months down the road
She will now focus on the ood quality food and excellent quality training
Doing this consistently over time is hard work but it is most definately worth it
I had thought that Herbalife and these things had died off a little as you don't hear as much about them as we use to
But I guess there are still a few people pushing it out and about
Which is unfortunate but such is the way of things
This past week I have had 2 PT sessions with a former member who in her mid 20's who got diagnosed with Cancer and is now making a comeback
So we are just having a few sessions to get her back into the swing of things before she starts the classes again
She always had a great attitude to things and just got on with it without any whinging and whining BS and now its even better
She just wants to train for her health and head space as with her Medication it's hard to know what way her weight will go
But that is the least of her worries after what she has been through and it is great to have her back
Also this week,
The conversation came up again with someone about having something of a store in each facility with Protein bars, shakes etc
As I am getting more convinced that people are not getting enough Protein and that they are so many options available to people regards Protein bars etc it may be an option
But as I mentioned above I still feel 95% of our members just need to be focusing on improving their Diet and getting the food in
I wouldn’t like it to be a contradiction of what we do so I need to give it some thought if it is the right move
But if members buy a Protein bar with us with 20g of Protein in it then it’s gonna be a better option then them going home and having a Mars or an Alpen
And I suppose if there are a heap of bars left over any time I could just eat them myself for those #gainz
So will shall see what happens, do you think we should supply all in the units?
