It sure is the spice of life….
As the old saying goes
Variety is the Spice of life
And it is very true.
Going back to the email a few weeks ago that talked about 2 different ends of the spectrum
Burnout Vs Boredom
No one wants to be bored in their life and probably one of the worst insults you can give someone is to call them boring
And when your workout becomes boring and monotonous it’s very hard to get yourself up for it
So it’s part of our plan to mix things up as much as we possibly can
Of course you still have to do all your basics of Squats, Push- ups, Lunges etc and there are only so many ways you can mix things up but with a little bit of thinking its amazing what can be done
Which is why it’s very lazy of trainers to throw out the same old thing without adding at least something different when possible…
And 1 of our new 6 Week people in Enniskillen agrees as she replied with:
Absolutely loving it – I know its only week 2 but defo think I’ll join when the 6 weeks are up.
Haven’t done the same exercise yet and been to 5 classes, so it keeps it interesting wondering what torture you’re in for!
I’m sure she means torture in the loving endearing way
No one sticks to anything they don’t enjoy doing or have a huge passion for
No one becomes successful at something they don’t enjoy doing or have a huge passion for
I see a lot of guys talking about this stuff regarding various topics
People pick the craziest and stupidest diet to try and get results
Even though there isn’t a chance of them enjoying it, so what happens?
They jack it in in no time
And so many people start up a business thinking it will bring in a few handy bucks without much work
in something they have no serious passion for and won’t enjoy and the business fails!
Unless you are already financially stable and really are only looking a few bucks
then this sort of attitude is why a lot of businesses fail,
I’m convinced of it!
If it isn’t something you can look forward to and/ or get’s you fired up then you simply won’t commit to it enough to really succeed
