It didn’t take me very long before I stopped reading this “article”, and crossed the threshold to disengage at “advice” numeral 2: Avoid Negativity at All Cost.

Good luck to all of you burying your heads in the sand like the proverbial ostrich, because yeah, I really want to thank you people for not helping to recognize the pain in the world so you can make it a better place.

This is “self-help” malarkey and, sadly, a harmful trend in digital life today. Count me out, but I’d like to say, “Untie your man-buns, WAKE THE HELL UP, and get true spirituality!” before I go.
