After reading this written by Shae Collins for http://everydayfeminism.com/2017/05/diversity-or-inclusion/

I’ve come to a better understanding for the difference between Diversity and Inclusion. How Diversity can simply be about filing the quotas, and inclusion being, as the saying goes; “feeling at home.”

Also one of the strongest points I’ve taken from the article was the fact of how well companies performed that we’re more diverse. A 35% increased likely-hood of financial profit ( 2015 study by global consulting firm Mckinsey & Company).

With this in mind, the two biggest factors for the argument of Inclusion and Diversity should be Human Equality and Economic Prosperity. Messages that the Majority of Americans can be behind.

I'm a married guy with a family that keeps growing. I also would say I'm a strong believer in human rights .
