10 HR Tools to Check your Team is Engaged

Here’s a fact: experts estimate that the cost of replacing a team member is equal to approximately 100 to 300% of that employees annual salary. And given that around 25% of employees leave their jobs in any given year, that is quite a cost. So perhaps the key is in motivating employees rather than replacing them.
