Parenthood completely changed my priorities about work too. In fact it occurs to me that our work culture is something that could benefit from change. I have noticed that it is common in some family businesses to bring children to work which I think is a nice idea, although I’ve rarely been able to do it myself. Perhaps as entrepreneurs you will have some flexibility in that area.
