In this Article we will cover the part of Timeline of our Project. We will cover the period from the Foundation of the company in 1993 till the end of Year 2018.
The company — Scientific and Production Enterprise “ELIS” (S.P.E. ELIS) was founded in 1993, by Sergey Konoplev. In 1994 S.P.E. ELIS received first certificates and began manufacturing. Since that time it is producing medical and wellness devices, conducting consultations and educational seminars. During 2011, 2012 and 2013 years S.P.E. ELIS received certificates for the production in Israel, Belorussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kirgizstan.
In 2014, together with leading cardiologists and engineers of S.P.E. ELIS, the development of CARDIO apparatus begun. This device will be a breakthrough in the field of diagnostics and forecast of different deceases, connected to cardiovascular system. So far, no analogues have either been presented at the market, or even developing.
In 2015 it was decided to move the production to European Union. The same year a company S.P.E. ELIS was registered in Riga, Latvia. Latvia was chosen due to a good base of professional electronical engineers. Besides, it is planned to apply for EU funding (Horizon 2020 program), which is aimed to help in carrying out further developments and clinical trials.
In 2016 the company began developments of QUANTUM and PROFESSIONAL devices. The same year first educational seminar in Athens, Greece was arranged.
In 2017 management of S.P.E. ELIS decided to begin development of Medical Blockchain Platform to connect users of devices, doctors and professionals. Same year it was decided to participate in ICO to accelerate the development of devices and products.
For Year 2018, we have planned the following actions:
1) In Q1 we will finish ICO and distribution of tokens. In March 2018 we are planning to conduct a seminar for presentation of QUANTUM device to specialists and users. We are also expecting start of pre-sale of QUANTUM for Q2.
2) In Q2 we are planning to finish development of QUANTUM apparatus, order required electronical components, register devices and begin production and sales in different countries.
3) In Q3 we are planning to finish development of CARDIO and PROFESIONAL devices and begin certification in European Union and Russia.
4) In Q3 we are planning to launch a Beta version of Medical Blockchain platform and begin testing. We will connect first doctors, specialists and patients to test the functionality of the platform.
5) At the end of 2018 or the beginning of 2019 we are expecting to get certification for CARDIO and PROFESSIONAL devices in Russia. After this we can start sales.
