Analysis Paralysis

The Journey of becoming an Entrepreneur always comes across as all bells and whistles, it looks all shiny and easy right until the Moment you want to execute your Light Bulb Moment Idea- The Idea that makes one seem smart in a conversation-then it dawns on one that its never really as easy as it comes and appear in the mind .

The Variables i have encountered in planning a business could be so discouraging especially in a landscape like Nigeria, where the social mobility rate is very low.

But i have observed that there still exist businesses and when i got talking with already existing business Owner, i got to find out that what kills most entrepreneurs is the lack of courage to execute, thats where the first lesson comes from

#Courage is a required virtue for an entrepreneur, it is the foundation on which other virtues stand.

I also observed that people who were into Business were not the most Knowledgeable set of people, i always seemed to amaze them with my questions and contributions, but then came the second lesson.

#The Entrepreneurial Journey is not for the Knowers, but for the Learners

But amongst my interactions with many of my peers, i found out that many of them have their HIV CURING Ideas, which they always introduced with the sentence “i get this mad idea” and then after they share it, i will offer a networking reference and they would reply in a low tone voice saying I have to be careful i don't want people to steal my idea, thats where the third lesson comes.

#Ideas without execution, is as valuable as fast as a ferrari without gas

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people’s throats.
- Howard Aiken

Analysis remains a product of over thinking, so i have learnt to just get over all analysis and take the plunge.
