A message from Tod Replogle, President of Exceptional Software Solutions LLC
In light of our recent announcement regarding growth in 2015, I wanted to take the time to reflect on our last 6 years of business and how we grew to become the Exceptional Software Solutions LLC of today.
I started Exceptional Software Solutions LLC with my wife, Barb, in June of 2009. At the time, I had 20 years of experience in Exact and Macola software, having worked with several channel partner organizations as well as for Macola itself. As I spent the majority of my career building knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes, and the industry’s inherent issues and challenges, I realized that customers needed to be able to do more with less — especially within the SMB sector and especially during tough economic times. Technology was the solution.
So, despite starting Exceptional Software Solutions LLC during a time of recession, I knew that we had something that customers needed. Myself and my team of professionals knew how the right ERP solutions could uncuff the hands of manufacturers and distributors; freeing them to be more productive and efficient.
Yes, we are software solution providers. We sell, service and train our customers on each product line offered by Exact, including Exact Macola 10, Exact Macola ES, Exact Globe, Exact Macola Progression, Exact Synergy and Synergy ASP as well as companion solutions like WiSys, because Exact Macola and its companion solutions are among the absolute best for the SMB sector. We help our customers choose the right combination of solutions, add-ons and customizations to fit their unique processes, and we guide them every step of the way.
But selling software is secondary to our real mission — which is to be a partner. Our customers are entrepreneurs who create amazing things. They manufacture electronics. They distribute packaging. They design and produce bath products, healthcare products, sporting goods, food and beverage items and so much more. Our customers are the innovators that create the products that you and I use on a daily basis. Exceptional Software Solutions LLC happens to have the tools that help them grow. We’re the technical partner who helps our customers further their mission of providing better products more quickly and efficiently.
Our success to date is thanks to the Exceptional Software Solutions LLC team of professionals. With a combined 300+ years of experience with Exact Macola products, our team is the heart and soul of the organization. We are comprised of extremely knowledgeable, tenacious, seasoned Exact consultants who understand the desire, the processes and the ingenuity required to start something from scratch and build it into a highly productive, successful business. Our team covers all time zones within the United States and Canada so that we can serve our customers effectively, no matter where they are in North America. Each one of our team members brings incredible knowledge and value to our customers’ businesses. But I believe that it’s our down-to-earth, sincere, relatable personalities and our unwavering commitment to integrity, quality and service that attract and keep our customers — our partners — for the long term.
As we enter into this sixth year of business, I look to the bright future that I know is ahead of us. And I have our customers and our team at Exceptional Software Solutions LLC and Exact to thank.
