The team has achieved a listing onto an up and coming crypto exchange that would make ETN accessible globally with several fiat currency pairs

In the coming weeks, Electroneum has some game-changing integrations and collaborative agreements to announce, including a couple of ventures into gaming and a very significant partnership with an up and coming global crypto exchange.

Jillian Godsil, who recently joined the team in an advocacy role, has been intensively seeking partnerships and collaboration opportunities among her vast network of crypto and blockchain entrepreneurs.

“We held meetings this past week with the CEOs of two blockchain projects. One is from a trendy blockchain game, and the other is from an up and coming crypto exchange that could provide Electroneum with a global presence and pairings with several fiat currencies,” Ms. Godsil said.

She explained that the gaming opportunity does not only represent Electroneum with a path into gaming in a very significant way, but also to users.

“Integration of ETN into the game is already a done deal,” she said. “The part that thrills me most is that people who love video games can earn crypto by playing the game. In places like Venezuela, those earnings amount to more than the minimum monthly salary.”

Ms. Godsil says she is thrilled to work with Electroneum and is pleased to expand its presence throughout the blockchain and crypto industry.

“I’m delighted to be collaborating with Electroneum. It’s a project I have watched from the get-go, and I love its approach to helping others,” she added. “Now that I am working closely with the team members, I can see their actions are genuine, spirited, and inclusive. This is going to be my most exciting time in the blockchain space. I am so happy to be part of this community.”

From the marketing team

Electroneum Marketing Manager Jonathan Marriott has also been hard at work carrying out meetings with the top crypto exchanges and more influencers to bolster the campaign we already have in place.

“We have announced our presence on ProBit, the third-largest South Korean crypto exchange,” said Mr. Marriott. “They have 800,000 users and are growing in numbers daily. Users that could potentially get involved with ETN.”

Mr. Marriot also provided an update regarding the Ledger wallet integration. “Unfortunately, the Ledger team has informed us that due to the Covid-19 crisis, they have a huge backlog of reviews, which means ours may not be ready until early next year.”

Lastly, he said he’d received several positive responses from offerings he believes could be announced within the next eight weeks. “Two of these offerings are about new ways to spend ETN, and one other has to do with a way to earn ETN,” he said.

From the Tech team

Head of the Tech Department Barry Last said that his team is currently system updates among the vast amount of work they have.

“The system updates are in progress. We will test the system first and allow support time to take a look and get used to it because it will impact them the most. Once all the staging testing is complete, we will get that released,” Mr. Last said.

He also spoke of changes to the Electroneum app, saying they are “are taking shape.”

From the AnyTask team

The AnyTask sign-up process has been simplified to make it easier for customers to use AnyTask, said AnyTask Marketing Manager Tanya Hardie.

“The previous process was long, asked a lot of personal questions, and really focused on Electroneum,” she explained. “We now only ask for an email address, password, and username. Other information we need to collect about sellers is now part of the seller sign-up process.”

Ms. Hardie also announced the reinstatement of the fees for purchases on AnyTask. “We now charge 6% in fees to buyers. And when we enable ETN payments, buyers paying with the Electroneum token will only pay a 1% fee.”

User-base continues to grow

The Electroneum user-base continues to show growth. This past week, 4,214 more people have registered accounts on the Electroneum website. Nearly 5,000 people have completed app downloads.

Currently, there are a total of 4,062,133 users on Electroneum, and 2,693,694 have the app. In-app mobile top-ups continue to happen at a rate of about 1,100 a week.

With more media and ad campaigns about to roll out, Electroneum should, in theory, show even more significant user growth in the next few weeks.
