Mango Turmeric Milk

Turmeric has varied health benefits (Click for link to article on Huffington Post) and this recipe is a great way to include this amazing spice as part of your daily balanced diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Milk (Cow’s milk, Almond or Coconut Milk)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Cardamom pod (Crush seeds to a fine powder)
  • 1–2 Tbsp Mango puree

Method: Mix all the ingredients and stir over medium heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes and your Turmeric Milk will be ready! It is delicious served chilled as well. Enjoy!!
