I think the bike share folks want to incentive memberships over one time use, but I can’t be certain.

And this is exactly the problem. The bike share has incentives to make it profitable for them… not what benefits The City the most.

Earning more than minimum wage would disqualify you from the low income promotional price…

I ask again, what makes this bike share cost 20 times more for a single rental than YouBike in Taipei?
