The core launches and smart contracts will occur on top of Neutron. Users from various layer 2s will be able to participate in launches from their own home chain with their own wallet without having to manually bridge assets or change chains.
Lockdrop and other similar modules deployed by Eclipse are a little more complex for cross-chain launches, as the liquidity may not be locked onto Neutron. For this purpose, the locking mechanisms will be deployed on the Hyperlane smart contract router, and liquidity will be locked on the desired chain.
