LEARNING SOMETHING NEW and COACHING

Today I sat down with the girls and proceeded to do homeschooling work with 3 kids at the same time.

I’m classifying this a rookie mistake.

I got super over whelmed with 3 kids all asking me questions and wanting (not necessarily needing) help at the same time.

Obviously there’s a better way to do this.

What did I do?

The best I could and immediately reached out to a teaching advisor who is there to help.

RESULTS?

I got direction, advice and tools that make it so that I can be more effective. That’s all I need to get back at it and try again.

This homeschooling is not going to be a smooth process but it’s worth it because I know what I want and what I want to teach my kids.

THE LESSON

If you want something you have never had before it will require you to do something you have never done before.

Without coaching and support it is a futile and frustrating daily struggle at best.

How can I apply this to my business?

Understand that everyone who wants to do this business with us is going to require support, guidance and accountability or they will suffer the same fate as so many others who attempt Network Marketing.

They try to do it alone and after their first set back they jump ship, sell their stuff and blame everything but themselves.
