Charisma is a completely subjective term. I was/am wildly enthusiastic about Clinton — even more so than I was about Barack Obama who is considered very charismatic and definitely more so than I was about Bernie Sanders who, as a scolding old man, seemed to me the opposite of charismatic. His voice made me shudder — and I’m from the same neighborhood in Brooklyn that he’s from. If you found him appealing as a personality — as opposed to his politics — that suggests your definition of charisma is far different from mine. I’d love to have a beer with Hillary; I’d bet we’d laugh a lot.
