Ed Guerin Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Management
Ed Guerin is a highly experienced Lacrosse coach based in North Carolina. He trains young boys different techniques of the sport. He has been an Assistant Coach at Lenoir-Rhyne University for more than 2 years. He coaches men’s Lacrosse team, and is responsible for coaching offensive plays, leading midfielders and attackman through dodging, shooting, and other offensive schemes, conditioning workouts, and managing the offensive. In addition, his responsibilities also include practice and game planning, athlete skill development, travel planning, managing budgets and film sessions on opposing and own team, studying hall programs, etc.
He attended National Community College, New York, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management in 2010. In addition, Ed Guerin also holds an Associate degree in Liberal Studies. He worked as a Camp Counselor in Fort Lauderdale Area for a month. He managed instructional skill development at midfielder positions and directed fundamental drills and stations. From June 2008 to June 2010, he worked as a Camp Counselor at H3 Lacrosse Camp. Serving this position, he worked closely with camp players and led instructional skill development at attackman positions. In addition, he also organized business administration needs of the session.
In June 2008, Ed Guerin started working as an Assistant Coach at Palm Beach Storm Lacrosse. He coached both U-13 and U-19 teams, and coordinated and executed drill work with midfield and attackman positions, lead offensive drills such as dodging, shooting, and other offensive schemes. In addition, he also directed fundraising initiatives and tournament planning and logistics. While serving as a Camp Counselor at Lenoir Rhyne University Bears Lacrosse Camp, he worked with under 19 elite athletes and coached the 2012 camp championship team. He facilitated skill development with youth grades 3 to 7. Ed served this position for more than 2 years i.e. from June 2011 to July 2013.
