For you that are HIV+ why do you get upset when someone says HIV+ instead of undetectable?

For me I don’t understand why somebody who is positive is afraid to say that they are in fact positive undetectable and still having the virus and you still means you’re positive so why do we need another word for it people sometimes talk about there being a stigma with being HIV-positive but isn’t the only way to get rid of the stigma to address the word directly instead of dancing around it like it doesn’t exist or it makes you any less positive if you have HIV you have HIV call spade a spade.
